- Elliptical aluminum tube made of a special high-strength alloy
High strength special alloy aluminum elliptical tube frame for maximum stability and load capacity; in the main cargo area it is reinforced – 50% lighter than steel. The ESPRESSO trucks are manufactured using a modular component system that allows manual handling solution “specific to the customer.” Each truck is equipped with superior safety features, made in Germany with premium materials and precise workmanship.
- Ergonomic handles and simple cuffs
Made from a high-strength super acrylic fiber developed for industrial materials (EXLAN Plastic), the circular handles allow a constantly upright posture particularly for taller trucks. Easy driving in the center of gravity and relieving the hand muscles. This makes them especially suitable for people of different sizes or if the truck is shared by several employees, as the hand grip area is designed to be held in many positions.
In addition, the simple cuffs on the side arms provide excellent grip due to the unique indentations that allow for a comfortable grip. - Holding scissors
The clamping shears can be easily opened or closed with two handles and thus transport up to eight tire rims, depending on the size and height of the truck.
- Fiberglass reinforced, curved cross connection
Maximum level of safety and structural integrity thanks to the connections of the sleepers with the reinforced aluminum alloy forks. The curved sleepers are made of fiberglass reinforced and consist of; the intermediate cross-member (several are placed between the forks for pure truck stability), the arm cross-member (for a correct spacing between the arms) and the upper curved cross-member (which also serves as a handle, for example for transport in ladders).
- Anti-puncture wheels ‘AIRLEX’
Almost indestructible, with a load capacity of 300 kg, the ‘AIRLEX’ wheels are unflappable. Made of polyurethane foam with enormous durability. Light gray color, non-marking, belt profile has very good shock absorption and low rolling resistance. Each wheel is equipped with two high-quality precision ball bearings , sealed against dust and lubricated for life.
- Skates
For the special protection of the aluminum arms and the smooth sliding at the edges of the steps to go up and down the stairs. EXLAN plastic skids (a high-strength super acrylic fiber developed for industrial materials) are made in such a way that the load of goods up and down the stairs is neither too sturdy nor too slippery.
